Minor repair 30 days  (Example: installing flapper on toilet)

Workmanship warranty 30 days   (Example: installing customer provided parts)

Major repair warranty 1 year  (Example: major rebuild of toilet or rebuild of faucet)

Replacement warranty 1 year *  (Example: installing new toilet or faucet)

*Disposal Warranties   (Example: installing new disposal)

1/2 hp  5 years

3/4 hp  10 year

*Water Heater warranty   (Example: installing new water heater)

6 year parts and tank/ 2 years labor

Extended warranties available for major repairs or replacements ask for details!

Warranties do not cover any stoppages or disposal jamming!

Warranty VOID if tampered with or worked on by anyone other than North Star Plumbing Employee!

Warranties will be VOIDED if permitted jobs are not inspected by the city,  within 14 working days of job being completed.
